NIATx has designed a technology-based approach to addiction treatment, leveraging the best of in-person and technological advances to achieve long-term recovery for many, versus few. NIATx’s Program Design and Innovators’ Lab will build on established organizational development tools to develop new systems of care to meet developing social and technological trends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

NIATx\u2019s online resource further assesses key financial metrics and operational indicators, facility factors, and workflow efficiency.\u00a0We generate a SWOT report and provide consultation on how to track patient outcomes and organizational health and assess performance. The NIATx process helps to ensure organizations have the ability to sustain operations and patient care over time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
