Leadership

The following individuals provide leadership to the NIATx Foundation Board of Directors.

Todd Molfenter, Ph.D

Todd Molfenter, Ph.D., serves as President of the NIATx Foundation. He has spent the past 20 years leading and studying performance improvement in health systems. His recent work has focused on how to use evidence-based practices to address the opioid epidemic. He specializes in the use of learning collaboratives to prompt organizational change, and has helped many clients, including the Health Care Finance Administration, Voluntary Hospitals of America, and the Harvard Risk Management Foundation to develop more effective approaches to foster change in their organizations. Lynn Madden, Ph.D., MPA

Lynn Madden, Ph.D., MPA, serves as the President of the NIATx Foundation Board of Directors. Lynn has served as Chief Executive Officer of the APT Foundation, a non-profit agency founded by members of the Yale University Department of Psychiatry to promote health and recovery for those who live with substance use disorders and/or mental illness. Dr. Madden is a well-known consultant and NIATX Coach working throughout the United States since 2004, specializing improving treatment access and program outcomes through the use of rapid cycle process improvement. Read more…

Dick Dillon

Dick Dillon serves as Vice President and Treasurer of the NIATx Foundation Board of Directors. Dick has worked in the behavioral health field for over 35 years, starting with a volunteer coordinator role and holding most clinical and management positions, including COO of a large Midwest non-profit counseling agency. In November, 2011, he formed Innovaision, LLC. to focus on helping behavioral health and other human services organizations become more innovative and effective. Read more…
