Lynn Madden, Ph.D., MPA, serves as the President of the NIATx Foundation Board of Directors. Lynn has served as Chief Executive Officer of the APT Foundation, a non-profit agency founded by members of the Yale University Department of Psychiatry to promote health and recovery for those who live with substance use disorders and/or mental illness. Dick Dillon serves as Vice President and Treasurer of the NIATx Foundation Board of Directors. Dick has worked in the behavioral health field for over 35 years, starting with a volunteer coordinator role and holding most clinical and management positions, including COO of a large Midwest non-profit counseling agency.
